5. ARTICLE I

6. Name

8. The name of this organization shall be Temple Emanu-El Brotherhood ("Brotherhood").

10. ARTICLE II

11. Purposes

13. Brotherhood shall serve as a humanizing and spiritual force of the congregation of

14. Temple Emanu-El by: stimulating Jewish religious activities, literacy, and programming;

15. fostering interfaith connections; being a mitzvah source for projects at Temple and for

16. the community at large; promoting the spirit of camaraderie through social action;

17. supporting worthwhile activities in the congregation; and by advancing Reform Judaism

18. in America through membership in such national organizations as the Brotherhood

19. Board of Directors may approve on an annual basis.

22. ARTICLE III

23. Membership

25. Any man who has expressed a willingness to subscribe to the aims and purposes of this

26. Brotherhood shall be eligible for membership.
